Festival in the Vinex 2025

It was a rainy day, and we waited anxiously to see if the event would still take place. It had been planned for a long time, but unfortunately, the weather was out of our control.

Despite the bad weather, we managed to turn it into something fun and cozy — thanks in part to the sturdy tents. Every now and then, the rain stopped, and people eagerly joined the many workshops.

We were also among the participants invited to host a workshop. Josephine involved us to help promote our foundation — and of course, to let our culture shine!

We showcased our capiz shells by making wind chimes. Everyone who joined absolutely loved it and found it truly special. In fact, we were short on hands to guide all the enthusiastic participants!

I also joined the bamboo creativity workshop. In the rain, I made a large star — a beautiful part of our cultural heritage.

We’re grateful we had the chance not only to present but also to sell our unique Yehey products. One especially touching moment was when I gave a hug to a lady who expected nothing in return — simply a warm gesture on a rainy day.

So from now on, I’ll say: giving a hug is also a beautiful way to donate to our foundation! 💛

Thank you, Vinex — and see you next time!
