Day 3 – Building a Strong Foundation

This workday was entirely focused on laying the foundation. Volunteers worked together on several essential tasks, including mixing cement, cutting plywood to size, and building sturdy formwork. The freshly mixed concrete was then poured into the formwork and the corner columns to provide the foundation with added strength and stability.

Everyone pitched in wherever help was needed. Thanks to the excellent teamwork and dedication of all the volunteers, the work progressed smoothly, marking another important milestone in the construction of the library.

With every workday, the project moves one step closer to completion. Thanks to the commitment of our volunteers, the support of the local community, and the generosity of our donors, the dream of a library for the children is steadily becoming a reality.
